*All clients 11 years and older also require a Chest X-Ray. Cost is $50 including radiologist’s report and submission.

*All clients 15 years and older also require blood work. Cost is $30.

**A modified Medical Examination is required for newly arriving Ukrainian Nationals under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET). See FAQS for more details.

All required tests are performed on site. No separate trips for x ray or blood work.
